Insulin. Insulin is your primary hormone for burning sugars. It is related to diabetes since low Insulin levels lead to too much sugar in your body.
Cortisol. Also knoen as your stress hormone and apparently, this hormone tells your body to store fat when you get stressed. Leptin. The hunger hormone. This is what tells your body whether do you need more food or are you already full!
